Rethink Next Lab is where imagination meets action.

It’s the hands-on, experimental arm of Rethink Next, where we transform ideas into immersive workshops, online courses, toolkits, and live experiences. Our programs — like Career Adventure Lab, Ready to Zag, Discovery Shift Salons, Augmented Self, and Gold Key Tours — help individuals and organizations explore change, build futures literacy, and develop practical, future-ready skills.

We believe learning should be playful, participatory, and purpose-driven. Our programs are designed for people navigating transition: mid-career changemakers, educators, retirees, artists, students, and civic leaders.
